You're invited!

To all of our friends, our generous donors, and our community members–we hope you can join us for culminating campaign event on Saturday, December 16 from 11 AM - 1 PM on the Bonner campus. We will be offering:

• a free holiday luncheon
• festivities in our courtyard (holiday karaoke, anyone?)
• kids arts & crafts table
• open playgrounds and courts. 

This event is free and open to the community. Donations of any amount will be welcome to help us reach our goal of 30 computers for The Chiles Academy by December 30, 2017!  

We hope to see all of our friends and family there to support the Bonner community. 

With over 20 years of empirical data, The Chiles Academy has identified the four most common barriers to enrollment and graduation among teen parents:

• economic instability and/or high need poverty
• fluctuating employment demands
• homelessness and housing insecurity
• and trauma-based cognitive and emotional disabilities.

The Bonner Chiles Foundation is committed to addressing and removing as many of these barriers as possible. Completing her high school education is just the first step for a young mother. Once she receives a standard high school diploma, she is more likely to attend state college, earn a higher wage, and achieve independence for herself and her family. 

We are all better served when we attack the root causes of multigenerational poverty. Will you join the fight?

We are delighted to help celebrate the graduating Class of 2016! Each student who walks across the stage to receive her high school diploma takes one more step toward a positive and healthy future for herself and her family. The Bonner Chiles Foundation will announce our fundraising campaign for both the current and upcoming years. We are honored to invite all new TCA Alumnae to join our newly formed Alumnae Association.
